Each service or project is subject to a separate proposal, quotation, or contract that specifies deliverables, fees, and timelines.
4. Payment Terms
- All invoices are issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made according to the terms stated on the invoice or signed agreement.
- Work will commence once the agreed deposit or full payment is received.
- Late or incomplete payments may delay delivery or result in suspension of services.
- Payments made through third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or Tabby once approved) are governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the customised nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any completed or in-progress work up to that point remains payable.
- If no work has commenced, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- 6. Intellectual Property
- All creative assets, visuals, and content produced by Upraise remain our property until full payment is received.
- Once payment is completed, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
- Upraise reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
- We treat all client information and materials as strictly confidential.
- No information will be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except when required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Upraise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our website or services
- Delays, data loss, or third-party errors
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
